Accounts belong to the team leader. Children and young people never create individual accounts.
We collect only what the event needs: team, group, city, leader name, email and mobile.
Photos are stored privately. They are never published, never listed in a public gallery and can only be opened by your own team or an event administrator.
No facial recognition is used. Submitted photos are never used for AI training or analysis.
Leader contact details are only visible inside the secure administrator area.
Administrators can delete a team's photos and personal information in line with the event's data-retention policy.
